Instructor: Jennifer Jensen Learn the art of cake decorating. At the end of this class you will be able to decorate a cake with stunning roses, leaves, floral sprays, grapes, shells, borders, clowns, stars and more. A great class for fun, or to pursue a career in professional cake decorating. An additional $30 material fee is required, payable to instructor at class. Material kit includes basic tips, flower nail, practice board, couplers, decorating bags, icing and more. Students need to bring in a 3' high 8' round Duncan Hines white cake on a 10'cake board.
