BUST IT BOOTCAMP: This class will bring you the ultimate workout in strength and cardio. We will be burning the most calories possible by doing exercises that involve the entire body at one time. Little to no choreography involved just a lot of sweat ! We will use all types of equipment and sometimes none at all to make sure your body gets the benefits of everything. The music is upbeat along with the instructor to deliver the most motivation possible! So prepare to work and see the results from that work!
