This in depth orientation offered by one of our Certified Fitness Consultants teaches the basics of proper age appropriate resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, core training and flexibility. Upon completion of this program, youth can use our fitness facilities on their own. Our fitness staff will be available on site to assist them and answer questions.
