Would you and your child (aged 9-11) like to get fit together in the Fitness Centre? This orientation teaches how to use the cardio equipment, functional training equipment, ladders, BOSUs, medicine balls, TRX's and balance boards in a safe and appropriate way. Child and parent must attend orientation. Child must remain within arm's reach of parent while using the Fitness Centre.
