Swimmer 3 is a prerequisite. Underwater swims of 5+ meters will be introduced. New swimming skills will include whip kick on the front, and breaststroke arm drills. Greater swimming distances of up to 50 meters of both front and back crawl will be achieved by successful participants. Swimmers will perform 25 meter sprints of front crawl to further challenge the swimmer's fitness.
