The class is an intense workout but incredibly fun and motivating using unique punch kick routines from various martial arts, done with focus mitts. The drills help you burn calories, learn basic self defense, along with gaining strength, and flexibility. Please bring boxing gloves (required) and a mat or big towel. Classes held at EHLERS RECREATION CENTER, 8150 Knott Ave.
