About This Activity

This class is designed for participants that have already taken Beginning Belly Dance lessons and want to continue to master the skills.  Belly Dancing is an exotic, sensual, graceful dance form, flattering to women of all shapes, sizes and ages. Learn body isolation techniques, hip movements, undulations, shimmies and more. Sahara studied under Dahlena and other famous belly dancers from around the world. Join in and have fun working out to exotic music and rhythms.
