This co-ed program's emphasis is on doing "one's best" with the accent on self-defense. Participants will learn counter measures against aggression, fight prevention and bully management. A free first try-out class is available. Note: After the student's first successful test, there is an additional association fee of $50. Uniforms are not mandatory.
