DescriptionThe class will focus on Filipio stick fighting in conjunction with an empty hand self-defense that is kickboxing base along with its joints locks, throws, takedown and ground submissions of Hapkido and Jujitsu.
Special Note: No classes will be held on holidays. Additional safety equipment may be required for continuing students. Cost is based on the entire session and not the total number of classes attended.
