Biathlon: Run the 10K then jump in the water for a mile swim, wet suits OK
Kid's Mile at 11AM

Additional Information
5 year age groups for awards 3 deep in the runs, USATF certified 5K and 10K courses, mostly flat. Ocean front start/finish area, run is on bike path.
Post-race fruit buffet and ice cream fest, ribbons to all finishers.
Directions: 101 North, just past Patterson Ave. take the 217 freeway (Ward Memorial Freeway) towards the ocean. The last exit before UCSB get off at Sandspit Road, turn left at the stop sign, go under the freeway, turn right into Goleta Beach, right to the North end of the park.
