Brief Description

The Half Marathon on Saturday morning runs from Epcot® to the Magic Kingdom® Park and then back to Epcot® for an exciting finish. The Marathon will run through all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks starting at Epcot®, continuing on to the Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios™ then back to Epcot® for an exhilarating finish. This will be the only race on Sunday, allowing you to enjoy the 26.2-mile spotlight.

Proof of Time

Corral placement is based on proof of time. If you believe you will finish the marathon in 5 hours or less, proof of time is required. Acceptable forms of proof of time are either a photocopy of a finisher's certificate or a print out of race results. All forms of proof of time must be from any race 10k or longer, after July 1, 2007.

 

Pacing Requirements

All athletes participating in the Marathon must be able to maintain a 16-minute per mile pace or better throughout the entire race. Anyone not able to maintain a 16-minute per mile pace or better will be picked up and transported to the finish.
