Brief Description

NOTE: This event is POSTPONED to January 10, 2009 due to HIGH FIRE DANGER in the SANTA MONICA MOUNTAINS. We will be forwarding all entries to the new January date. Stay tuned for more information. Two challenging courses: 13.1 miles & 5k, featuring the beautiful and rugged scenery of the Rancho Sierra Vista National Park and Pt. Mugu State Park. Have a great day in the park, win awards, a t-shirt and raffle prizes!

This race is held in Rancho Sierra Vista/Satwiwa National Park and Pt. Mugu State Park. The race start is off S. Reino Rd. and Lynn Rd. in Newbury Park approximately 28 miles from the intersection of US-101 and I-405. It is approximately 10 miles South of Oxnard on US-101. Race Check in and Parking is at the Newbury Park First Christian Church at the intersection of Lynn Road and S. Reino Road. We'll be operating a FREE Shuttle to the race start! :)
