Brief Description
20K--Fast and flat course, mostly bike path and county roads on Mayowood bike trail (paved).
2-Mile--Out and back course on Mayowood Road

The 20K is an RRCA Minnesota state championship race. It will also be an 'equalizer' race. Women start 12 minutes before the men. The first one to the finish line receives a $500 cash prize! Personalized race bibs (until 3/28). Chip timing.
Directions
Exit 52 at 16th St. SW. Go west on 16th St SW. Turn left at the stoplight onto county 22. Turn left at next stoplight onto county 8. School is on the SW corner at the four-way stop.
Certification
20K course is certified MN-07002-RR.
Course
Begins at school and makes a loop to the west and south to spread out the field. Then you get on the bike path for another loop to the west. Then head toward downtown on a out-and-back and finish across from the school.

20K is an RRCA Minnesota state championship race for 2008.
Registration available on Friday 4/11 from 5-8 p.m. at Running Room 711 S. Broadway and Saturday 4/12 at the school beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Age Divisions (20K): 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Medals 3-deep. (2-mile): 9 & under, 10-14, 15-18, 19 & older.
