Yoga and Dance - Winter

About This Activity

No class 12/26, 1/2. Stretching is a way to stay fit, strong and injury free. The class combines yoga and dance stretches, using your center for a maximum of flexibility and relaxation while listening to soft music. Breathing into each pose increases limberness, helps clear your mind, improve your focus and leave you feeling calm and relaxed. Please bring a workout mat and a stretch band.
