Success Stories - Tony F.
“Rusty is not just an ordinary coach that provides workouts from a textbook. With his personal experience of running at an elite level, he understands the mental and physical characteristics that it takes to train me to my full potential. My workouts are tailored to my individual needs and my running is progressing much more quickly that if I were training on my own.” ~ Tony F.
Success Stories - Sarah R.
“The individualized training program and coach support really helped me achieve my running goals. The support from the coach and other team members allowed me to find success and enjoyment from my running. I enjoyed the variety in the running courses in the Run Kansas City training program. Running on different courses kept me from getting bored and kept me challenged.” ~ Sarah R.
Success Stories - Jill S.
“My brother & I successfully completed the Rock n’ Roll Marathon in Phoenix in 2006. Neither of us had run more than a mile before, but thanks to Rusty’s help we were able to cross the finish line just 6 months later. Running with Rusty was convenient and easy. He gave us tips about how to tackle the task and helped address problems along the way. There is no doubt in my mind that without his help we never would have made it to the finish line.” ~ Jill S.
Success Stories - Lydia J.
“Rusty’s program is geared for folks interested in learning to run properly in addition to challenging their current existing fitness level. The class is friendly, laid back yet focused on individual goals. Rusty is committed to personal attention and individual objectives.” ~ Lydia J.
