About This Activity

The Double is a distance race consisting of two legs — an opening 10-kilometer leg, followed by a five-kilometer leg, with a break in between — the Double is the brainchild of running visionary and innovator Bob Anderson, founder of Runner’s World magazine, which he published for 18 years, as an avid runner. Awards Ceremony Hosted by Billy Mills, Olympic Gold Medalist and recipient of Barack Obama's Outstanding citizen Award.

Awards: Overall, age-group, and kids awards. Prize Money: $4,000 of prize money.
