Brief Description

Over 150 racers will compete in Austin’s signature canoe, kayak and stand-up paddle race: the 3rd annual Colorado River Ramble, a 5 mile recreational, 10 mile sport race, 1.5 and 5 mile stand-up paddle races and a 1.5 mile Family Fun Paddle, benefiting the Colorado River Foundation.

5 Mile Classes (Recreational style canoe and kayaks only) Short Rec Solo (under 17' in length) Short Rec Tandem (under 18' in length) 10 Mile Classes Long Rec Solo (over 17' in length Long Rec Tandem (over 18" in length) C1 & OC1 C2 & OC2 Solo Unlimited (Open class for composite boats) Tandem Unllimited (Open class for composite boats) Elite Solo (K1's & Surfski's under 19" wide) Elite Tandem (K2's & Tandem Surfski's) Stand-Up Paddle 5 Mile- Under 12'6 5 Mile- Over 12'6 1.5 Mile- Under 12'6 1.5 Mile- Over 12'6 1.5 Mile Family Fun Classes (Recreational style canoe and kayaks only) Solo or Tandem Children ages 13 and up can paddle solo or together tandem.
