This action packed, exciting camp offers nature explorations and hands-on learning mixed with fun games and recreational activities while teaching about the natural world. Topics will include Leave No Trace, compass skills, how to pack a backpack, knot tying, weather reading and more! Activities will be held at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center with two day trips to local parks for hikes. Camp will not include climbing or other hazardous activities. Children should dress for the weather and be prepared for this outdoor camp. Camp 1 is an introductory camp for any experience level. Camp 2 is an advanced camp for those who attended Camp 1 or have advanced scouting or outdoor experience. Kids can sign up for BOTH CAMPS!
