About Slipper Camp

Want to get into great shape without killing yourself or being yelled at? Looking for an awesome workout in a positive, “can do” environment? Slipper Camp is for you! This is a 6-week complete fitness program that builds total body strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Pioneer Park is located on North Pioneer Way, off of Vegas, between Buffalo and Tenaya.

About your instructor

• Elisabeth Daniels began a lifestyle change in 2002 & has lost over 100 pounds & kept it off. • She is an Iron Girl triathlete, a Tough Mudder, a Spartan, a Devil Dasher, a Muddy Buddy, & a Warrior Dash finisher. • Having literally transformed herself from a couch potato to a committed athlete, Elisabeth knows what it’s like to be out of shape & unhappy with your body & make a permanent change for the better.
