Making Spirituous Liqueurs

About This Activity

Aperitifs and Liqueurs are spirits of alcohol that has been fortified with fruits and herbs/spices. Serious students should bring one 750 ml/bottle of their favorite spirit and a minimum of one pint or 6-8 pieces of their favorite fresh fruit and/or herbs and spices. We will blend in class for them to take home. Examples are white wine and raspberries/strawberries, vodka and lemons, limes or oranges, whiskey and vanilla beans, and gin with whole cloves and cinnamon sticks. Class will be held at Paulette's kitchen in Osterville, the address will print out on receipt. MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE!
