What's Included

In a 2005 operation commonly known as The Disengagement, Israel withdrew from Gaza and parts of the West Bank and dismantled 25 settlements in the process. Since many Jewish-Israeli settlers are ideologically motivated to reside in the occupied territories, coming to an agreement with the state about how to compensate them was no easy matter. Focus will be on the deliberations of the parliamentary committee that dealt with the question of compensating the relocated settlers
