Swim Lessons: Stroke Improvement Mon/Wed AM Class

About This Activity

This class is for those adults who know how to swim but want to perfect their strokes and become a more efficient swimmer. It takes regular practice to improve your swimming skills.  

This session will help:

  • Improve your strokes
  • Improve swimming efficiency
  • Improve endurance
  • Learn new techniques
  • Improve fitness and wellness
  • Have structured work-outs
  • Incorporate drills
  • Track your improvement


Practice with an organized group, have fun, meet new people and unleash the power of water!


There are (8) 1 hour lessons in a session.  Stroke Improvement follows the regular swim lesson sessions.
