A continuation of the first Weights for Women class further developing safe and effectively weight lifting practises. Learn how to improve muscle tone, weight loss and bone health. During this 4 week progressive class, an experienced instructor will teach you more free weight exercises with proper form, the difference and/or benefits of doing sets, how long to do a specific workout and when to switch it up. Individuals must take Weights for Women 1 prior to signing up for this class. This 60 minute class is limited to 8 individuals.
