Family Fit: Kroc Teen I.E. (Intro to Exercise) TH

About This Activity

This 4-week class is designed to introduce teens to strength training and use of the cardio machines on the fitness deck.  Teens will receive instruction on proper use of the equipment, learn about basic human movement and go into detail on exercise form. After completion of the class, teens (age 12-15) that attend all classes and successfully complete the program may receive special permission to use the Fitness Deck with a parent present only. Limit of 6 individuals per class. Must attend all 8 classes consecutively to complete the class.
