About This Activity

Starting the new year losing weight and developing healthy eating habits is a common goal for everyone!  The Kroc Center professional kitchen staff is here to help!  This class will provide particiants with tools to lose weight in a healthy manner for you and your family.  Learn helpful tips on how to read food labels, receive recipes for low fat, high engery meals and snacks with demos, hands on experience and samples.
