Fitness: Weights for Women I - Sun 1:15 pm

About This Activity

Women at any age can learn how to safely and effectively use weight lifting to improve muscle tone, weight loss and bone health. During this 4 week progressive class, an experienced instructor will teach you how to use free weights with proper form, work all major muscle groups and familiarize yourself with weight room etiquette. This 60 minute class is limited to ten individuals.
