Family Fit: Kroc Teen I.E. (Intro to Exercise) W

About This Activity

This 4-week class is designed to introduce teens to strength training and use of the cardio machines on the fitness deck. Teens will receive instruction on proper ettiquette, how to safely use the equipment, and learn the importance of exercise form. After completion of the class, teens (age 12-15) that attend all classes and
successfully complete the program will receive special permission to use the Fitness Deck on their own. Must attend all 4 classes consecutively to complete the class.
