Youth Swim Lessons - Level 5, Session 2

About This Activity

Students should already be able to swim front and back crawl for 25 yards, swim elementary backstroke for 10 yards, tread in deep water and perform a kneeling, compact, standing and stride dive. This level will introduce students to side breathing for front crawl, butterfly kick and arms, shallow dives and jumping from a diving board while continuing to refine previously learned skills.
