Training for a marathon or a half marathon requires persistence, commitment, and science. Knowing how to work with the body's physiology is key to running your best 13.1 or 26.2. Our programs are designed to do more than just "log miles," they are designed to make each mile count and to ensure that the necessary changes in your physiology are occurring to ensure success. This program will have you peak for either the Eugene (Olympia Group) or the Tacoma Marathon (Tacoma Group).
Olympia Group. Meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Full Marathon Group: January 12-April 28 Half Marathon Group: February 2-April 28 Tacoma Group. Meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Full Marathon Group: January 19-May 5 Half Marathon Group: February 9-May 5 A technical t-shirt is included in your registration. We HIGHLY recommend participants register for a coinciding Guerilla Running Boot Camp. These will help reduce injury, improve strength and help you gain speed.
