10-weeks of intensive running specific cross training. The work-outs are accessible for all levels of runner (from beginner to expert). Each week, you will generally not run more than 3 miles. HOWEVER, running will be interspersed with challenging cross training intervals.
These sessions are key for increasing speed, preventing injury, and improving endurance. VIVA LA BURPEE!
