Guerilla Running Boot Camps are designed to help runners and cyclists avoid injury, build strength, and increase speed/power. The programs are progressive... each week gets more challenging. Every runner and cyclist needs strength work to ensure peak performance... Guerilla Running Boot Camp is perfect for YOU!
Intermediate/advanced class: May 1-July 11 (no class on July 4). Beginner class: May 30-July 11 (no class July 4). After you register, you will be provided a list of training group locations. Classes is approximately 60-75 minutes long. Please bring a medicine ball (2-10lbs) and a yoga ball. We look forward to working with YOU!
