10-weeks of intensive running and cycling specific cross training. The work-outs are accessible for ALL LEVELS of athlete (from beginner to expert). Each session will intersperse running with challenging cross training intervals. These work-outs are designed to increase speed, prevent injury, and improve endurance. You will be provided location schedules upon registration. Space limited to 35 participants in each session. BEGINNERS BOOT CAMP is perfect for people with no running or fitness experience. The 10-week program will allow you to gently explore your body's capabilities in a safe and supportive environment. No experience necessary. A great place to begin your fitness journey! You will need a medicine ball (2-8lbs.) and a yoga ball. Please bring these to all sessions. GR Boot Camp participants have said injuries have been eliminated, speed has increased by at least 1 minute/mile, and recovery times from long runs have been reduced to virtually nothing.
