10-weeks of intensive running and cycling specific cross training. The work-outs are accessible for ALL LEVELS of athlete (from beginner to expert). Each session will intersperse running with challenging cross training intervals. These work-outs are designed to increase speed, prevent injury, and improve endurance. You will be provided location schedules upon registration. Space limited to 35 participants in each session.
You will need a medicine ball (2-8lbs.) and a yoga ball. Please bring these to all sessions. GR Boot Camp participants have said injuries have been eliminated, speed has increased by at least 1 minute/mile, and recovery times from long runs have been reduced to virtually nothing.
