BrikTense is a multisport training program for triathletes. This BrikTense session is designed as a lead up to the Kansas City Triathlon or the Kansas 5150. Workouts will be specifically designed for sprint and olympic distance racing. Workouts will be bike + run higher intensity workouts.
Class runs from 7:00am to 9:00am each Saturday. Location will move each week between Heritage Park, Shawnee Mission Park, and local tracks. You will need a bike, stationary bike trainer, and running shoes. Some sessions we will do the cycling on the road, and some sessions on the trainer. Safety will be made a high priority when road riding, and will be mostly on low traffic roads inside the parks. Helmets of course will be required.
