Cardio Kickboxing 2/week

About This Activity

The class provides a mixture of cardio exercise with combinations of kicking and punching techniques, body sculpting using weights along with floor work and a cool-down with a range of stretching movements.  It?s a fun-filled, fast-paced workout! Build flexibility, endurance and power.  No prior martial arts experience needed.  This is a continuous monthly program.  Fees are paid per month.
