This clinic is for runners and triathletes of ALL experience levels.
Participants can register for one or both events. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR BOTH TO ATTEND BOTH. The Run Form Clinic will be first with the Transition Clinic to follow. DETAILS BELOW.
RUN FORM CLINIC:
There's nothing worse then training for an event and getting injured... especially when it could have been avoided.
Our run clinic will focus on form, technique and efficiency. The goal of the clinic is to help arm you with the tools to become a stronger more effcient runner while reducing the risk of injury.
All attendees will receive a "clinic recap" with notes on what we covered.
Please come dressed in running clothes and bring a water bottle.
In this clinic we will teach you the proper way to lay out your transition area and provide tips and tricks on how to get IN and OUT of Transition as fast as possibe on race day. For those that bring their bike and associated gear we will practice transition for T1 and T2.
Rearly do athletes ever practce transition but T1 and T2 is FREE TIME and practice makes perfect!
OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED: Bring your bike, bike shoes, sneakers, socks, helmet, sunglasses, race belt and anything else you would normally have in transition.

The clinic will take place in the REAR parking lot of AMP Communications. 32 Spruce St, Oakland, NJ.
The RUN FORM CLINIC will be from 6:30-7:30PM.
The TRANSITION CLINIC will be from 7:30-8:30PM.
