Green Tea Rice and Mint Cooler

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 3 teaspoons mint syrup
  • 2 cups ice cubes

In a medium saucepan, bring water and rice milk just to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add green tea bags and remove from heat. Let tea bags steep for 3 to 5 minutes.   • 2 cups coffee (cooled)
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla syrup
  • 2 tablespoons milk of your choice
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  • 3 teaspoons vanilla syrup

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of ground black peppercorns
  • 2 cups ice cubes
