$13; $9 with City resident credit; plus $100 instructional fee payable to the instructor Designed to cover the basic fundamentals of oil and acrylic painting, mixing colors and proper use of tools and techniques for the beginner and intermediate painter. If registering online please confirm that you are paying the correct fee. *Resident fees apply only to those living within Yuma city boundaries. * Non-residents paying the incorrect fee will be immediately notified.
