Additional Information

In this class we will be introducing basic motor development skills such as running, hopping, skipping, and jumping, as well as some basic gymnastics skills. They will learn forward and backward rolls, tripods, headstand, cartwheels, and walks on the low balance beam. We will also introduce basic bar skills, trampoline and vaulting.
