Zumba combines motivating music and high energy to unique combinations and moves that makes working out fun and easy! Because the exercise is so fun and easy, the participants stick with the program that will help them acheive long-term health benefits. The Zumba program blends hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves that gets everyone hooked! Meets on Monday and Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm. $10/4 weeks on either night or $18/4 weeks on both nights. $3 drop in.
