LADEW Topiary GARDENS Saturday, May 18, 2012 Departure Time: 7:00am Arrive Home: 8:30pm Depart from: Wicomico Civic Center $86.50/per person Ladew Topiary Gardens is considered "the most outstanding topiary garden in America" by the Garden Club of America, with 15 thematic gardens on 22 acres. We will enjoy a private tour of the circa 1747 Manor House which is filled with English antiques and fox hunting memorabilia and the oval library is listed as one of the "most beautiful rooms in America." We will also enjoy a guided walk through the Gardens and lunch at the Ladew Café. We should arrive just in time for the blooming of the azaleas. Price includes transportation, admission to the gardens, house tour, lunch, and bus driver's tip.
