Heart and Soul Line Dancing promotes wellness though line dance, which is a low impact exercise for the body as well as the mind. Soul Line dance utilizes the music of Motown, Rhym and Blues, Salsa, Jazz and Country-Western in groups with no partner needed. Students learn party line dances such as Electric Slide, Rialto Stomp, The Wobble, Zudeco Bounce and many others. In the mixed level, Quando, Colton Cumbia, Rio and many others are taught as well.
