WEEKDAY RIDE Get the most out of your workout time with Spinning. Instructor Toni Bowen will help you burn an average of 560-625 calories in a 60-minute class. Toni understands the proper techniques of spinning that will help you take your rides to the next level. You will love the energy, community and results in this class. Hurry--there are only 16 spots available in each class! Ages 16 & Older.
