START ME UP!
Need to start exercising, but do not know where to begin? Led by Instructor, Jeremiah Salazar, Start Me Up is a safe, effective low to moderate impact exercise class designed for those who haven't worked out in awhile or are just starting an exercise routine. This class takes you through a 45-minute program including cardio, toning and stretching. There will be no floor work in this class. This class was created as part of the Biggest Weight Loss Challenge and is the perfect place for anyone to start trying to make a lifestyle change!
