RISE N' SHINE BOOT CAMP TRAINING - FRIDAY EXTRA
Start the morning off right with this fun and exciting class ?sports conditioning style! This 60-minute class incorporates sports conditioning drills designed to increase your fitness level and boost your metabolism. This workout includes speed, agility and quickness drills: ladder and cone work, shuffle drills, speed work and techniques to amplify speed and agility. Power and cardio drills will also be performed including medicine ball, resistance super-band and weight trainings. Military style drills including hill runs, boxjumps, jump rope, core work will also be performed. Personal Trainer, Phyllis Peterson leads participants through intervals at their own pace; every exercise can be modified to accommodate various fitness levels. Ages 16 & Older.
