loss, while teaching you healthy lifestyle habits
for diet and exercise. Topics include portion
control, food and mood, managing plateaus,
healthy cooking and eating for health, and a
personal shopping tour through Hy-Vee. Plus,
visit with a personal trainer on how to get your
exercise program started or tips for fine-tuning
