Spinning is the ideal workout, regardless of weight, age, or fitness level. It?s a great way to burn calories and keep your muscles in shape! You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Spin bikes have toe clips for tennis shoes or SPD for cleats, to accommodate all levels.
