Imagine a chiseled, more defined body! This class is designed to chip away the fat and tone the muscles by developing strength and endurance. Participants will use barbells with interchangeable weight plates, dumbbells, tubing, bands, balls and a step-modified weight bench. Personal Trainer Becky Weaver helps you learn to lift safely.
