This class focuses on shaping the abs, back, gluts and thighs! It's a unique system of body conditioning which strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, flexibility, balance, and relaxes the mind. Used by professional dancers and athletes to strengthen the core and develop long, lean muscles. Instructor: Phyllis Petersen. Ages 16 & Older. SIGN UP FOR BOTH M & F CLASS AND SAVE $5.
