Notes

Classes are held at International Fencing Academy, 914 N. Rengstorff Ave, Mountain View. All equipment will be provided. Participants should wear athletic shoes, sweatpants and t-shirts. Please bring a water bottle.

Occurs every week on Monday effective 2/4/13 until 3/11/13 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Additional Information

Students will be instructed in the sport of fencing. Upon successful completion of the course, students will have the ability to execute attacks, parry (defend or block), counter attacks, and faint attacks. Moreover, the program will also provide general fitness, cardio, reflex and coordination drills and exercises.
